Action figures are no longer just for little kids. Toymaker Beeline Creative just released a line of miniature action figures based on the classic 1994 Tarantino film Pulp Fiction. These 13-inch miniatures make great gifts for any Pulp Fiction fan.
Unlike a lot of toys out there, these character’s diabolical ways have not been scaled back for the miniatures. They are foul-mouthed just like the characters in the R-rated crime drama and blurt out some of the movie’s most memorable one-liners in the film. This is why the figures are best for ages 17 and up.
The miniatures would not be as authentic without the foul mouths. The dialogue is what made the film so great, after all. Expect to hear phrases like Samuel L. Jackson’s iconic lines “English, mother %&$#*+, do you speak it?” and “don’t be telling me about foot massages, I’m the foot-%&$#|@! Master!. Who could forget the line “God came down from heaven, and stopped these mother %&$#|@! bullets?”
The officially-licensed series includes Jimmie Dimmick (Quentin Tarantino), Vincent Vega (John Travolta), Butch Coolidge (Bruce Willis) and Jules Winnfield (Samuel L. Jackson). Each figurine has fourteen point of articulation, speaks notable lines from the film and comes with the character’s most notable accessories as add-ons. Jules’ miniature comes complete with his gun, briefcase and wallet. Butch comes with a samurai sword and Jimmie is shipped with his favorite pair of slippers and cup of gourmet coffee. Sadly, there is not a Mia character yet. However, we can hope for the future.
Wonder where the Uma doll is?
