Cardio Kickboxing has been cited to provide many benefits for persons who would like to get in shape like a fighter but prefer a non-contact approach. Furthermore, HIIT programs have been cited to be effective for persons who would like to burn more calories in less time.

Please bring a pair of boxing orMMA gloves, a yoga mat, towel and water with you to class. If you do not have any of these items you may purchase them in the RIPT Pro Shop.
