The Go Kart House, located on Cookstown, Moneymore, in Northern Ireland, has more to it than a giant go kart race track. There are plenty of selling points. For instance, the house offers 4,000 square feet on a 1.4 acre site, which is part of a much larger 28 acre property. There is a triple car garage with a tarmac driveway and a large parking area. There are five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and four reception areas. In the garage, you’ll also find a gym. An indoor swimming pool is also on premise, with a hot tub and sauna. There is a cinema room, an open plan kitchen area, and a large utility and wash room. There is oak flooring throughout. A sun room with a feature ceiling and double doors leads to a covered patio area.
