Brands: New Hi-Lo Barbican has got it all

By night's end, the large and appreciative invite-only crowd had been given musical entertainment from the incomparable Gem Myers and saxophonist Kenroy Bonfield and more good eats and drinks than it could ever be possible to absorb at one go.

There was also business perspectives from Grace CEO Don Wehby, (who took time outto pose with Hi-Lo team members once the ribbon-cutting had passed, as wellas Finance chief Courtney Campbell and PSOJ Pres Dennis Chung, who reminded that a marker of development as a nation was the level of protection and care given to the children and the elderly.

Patrons (and would-be patrons) of the reopened Hi-Lo Barbican supermarket were indeed well taken care of and with a $1000 gift certificate on parting, there'll undoubtedly be occasion to renew acquaintance with the spacious aisles, well-stocked shelves and friendly staff. The Barbican retail scene, already hot, just went up a notch
